a) Trainee or part qualified

The roles available are ideal for anyone who has completed their bachelor’s degree in a business (accounting, administration or management), mathematical or analytical discipline. You will get the chance to complete professional accounting exams during the course of your training contract, together with the opportunity to thrive and develop in a supportive atmosphere built on excellent, long-term relationships with clients. Our Audit Graduate Trainee Accountant programme is a 3/3.5 year structured training programme that offers graduates the opportunity to obtain the qualification in a diverse company providing a variety of business experience. As a trainee in the Firm, you will be learning from and working with an excellent calibre of colleagues and best-practice quality systems. Most importantly, you will be on a career path that will see you progress. From your perspective, you will be training in a stimulating and rewarding environment with a focus on quality. We are leading specialists in audit and compliance. The role will involve working as part of the audit team to prepare the financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations. You will be involved in determining both the strengths and weaknesses of the finances of a company. The job includes checking the accuracy of accounting procedures and systems. As a first-year trainee, you'll be dealing with the easier audit areas like the cash section and searching for unrecorded liabilities while also undertaking testing of sections. As you progress, you'll be given harder sections and be trusted to work on more difficult tasks. We are looking for career-focused students to join the programme who:
  • Have or expect to achieve a 2.1 or higher honours degree,
  • Want to pursue a career in finance,
  • Have a team-orientated approach with flexibility regarding multiple tasks, and
  • Have a desire to be a team player with excellent communication skills and an attitude of enjoying life;

Senior – audit

We are looking for a Senior Auditor to direct our auditing process reporting to audit mangers and direct to audit partners. We’ll rely on you to ensure that our financial operations and controls meet standards and are error-free. Our Senior Auditor must be meticulous and analytical, with deep knowledge of auditing practices. We expect you to be reliable, with strong organisational skills, as well as expertise in risk management and compliance.
