Tuesday Tip on Communication #9: Make Your Website Engaging

Website (1) Make sure your website represents your brand, product and public image. Clearly communicate your goods and services on every page. Keep trying to answer your potential customer’s question “Why should I buy from you?” Know your current and potential audience and tailor your web presence accordingly. For example, if your site has - or is likely to have - substantial traffic from mobile devices or tablets, make sure it is optimised for, and has a good user experience on those platforms.
