Make sure your website represents your brand, product and public image. Clearly communicate your goods and services on every page. Keep trying to answer your potential customer’s question “Why should I buy from you?”
Know your current and potential audience and tailor your web presence accordingly. For example, if your site has - or is likely to have - substantial traffic from mobile devices or tablets, make sure it is optimised for, and has a good user experience on those platforms.
