An Owners Management Company is a management company of a multi-unit development that has at least two residential units.

Where an Owners Management Company has been struck off voluntarily under or was struck off for failure to file annual returns, it may apply for restoration by filing within six years of the date of dissolution.

This process means the Directors do not have to seek restoration via the High Court and as such is a quicker and less costly method to restore the company.
