A new web portal has just been launched by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation - www.businessregulation.ie. The aim is to reduce the burden of red tape on business by having a single source of information on regulations imposed by Government bodies with circa 150 links to information, guidance and contact details. A separate section is included for ‘start up’ requirements. The portal seeks to reduce the need to search on a multitude of different websites to obtain information that is sought.
